Fear Not: I have some good news!

We all have a chance to reverse course, to correct our addictive behaviours and to find a relationship with our phones (and family) that feels a little more productive and positive, instead of toxic. So where do we start? If you're itching for some immediate action, here are some baby steps you can take right now:

Step 1 - Go into your settings

Step 2 - Disable phone notifications (Yes, all of them!)

Step 3 - Banish your phone from your bedroom

Step 4 - Buy yourself an actual alarm clock
